Mike is a Partner and  Wealth Advisor at Brightworth and has dedicated his career to serving high net worth families and nonprofit organizations through developing and implementing comprehensive wealth strategies, including investment management. His personal approach and desire to help individuals reach and enjoy their retirement goals enable him to provide clients with the highest level of service. Mike has over 20 years of experience managing investment portfolios, and he is a member of the firm's Investment Committee.

As a Chartered Financial Analyst® Charterholder, Mike is dedicated to promoting the highest standards of education, integrity, and professional excellence for client investments.  Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts.

Mike has been quoted and/or featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and on CNBC.com. He has also appeared on the Fox Business Channel to share his expertise on financial planning matters and information about the Dave Ramsey “Financial Peace University” program.

Many of Mike’s activities outside of the office involve his wife, children, and their community. He was selected as a member of the Leadership Cobb Class of 2015, and has been selected to Co-Chair the Class of 2020. Mike serves on the board of the Center for Children and Young Adults and is a former Finance Committee member at Mt. Bethel UMC, where he and his family are actively involved. In his spare time, Mike enjoys reading, travel and spending time with friends and family.
